Q1. Why the Paper Cutter Does't Cut the Paper?

A: The blade of the cutter is hidden in the cutter head when not in use. When in use, the cutter head needs to be pressed down hard to reveal the blade. If you don't press the cutter head and the blade is not exposed, you can't cut.

Q2. Why the ABS Buttom Can not Work?

A: The ABS button cannot automatically reject the paper. if the paper got stuck, first turn off the power, press the quick release button with one hand(press it to the end), and pull the paper out of the paper inlet with the other hand. restart the machine after cleaning the stuck paper, and put the paper correctly according to the operation instructions.
